Our Mission
The mission of New Heights Center LLC is to create an opportunity for adults and/or children to develop skills to improve  their performance in executive function skills, reading, spelling, comprehension, and/or math. Through the intensive stimulation and strengthening of cognitive learning PATHWAYS, the client acquires life skills, which measurably enhance academic and work place performance.

In addition we are now providing Business Consulting Services for small businesses similar to our own.  If interested please contact us.
Dyslexia Intervention / Cognitive Development Programs
We provide specific programs to individuals ages 6 through 60 in the Lindamood Bell Learning Processes® INCLUDING SEEING STARS® along with programs in Fast ForWord®., Phono-Graphix®, and the comprehension skills presented in the text Mosaic of Thought by Keene & Zimmerman with Comprehension Connections by McGregor.  Learning strengths and weaknesses are determined by pre-testing at New Heights or from previous testing. From the assessments, New Heights may recommend one program or a combination of the programs, which will best strengthen the learning weakness(es) of the prospective client.

     Ms Kelly is a practicing Educatonal Therapist and an inaugural member of the Lindamood Bell Research and Training Network. A graduate of Xavier University with a Masters' from The Johns Hopkins University, Ms Kelly holds an Advanced Professional Certification from MD State Board of Ed. Teachers in Balt-DC area, VA, DE, NJ, NY, WI and Montreal, Quebec have received her training. Along with  Lindamood Bell, Fast ForWORD and Phono Graphix are certified program offerings at New Heights Center. Goucher College has given adjunc faculty status to Ms Kelly to teach eucators in the Masters of Education program.  In 2004, Ms Kelly was chosen to go with People to People to Russia to exchange and train educators. She has edited the 4th Edition of Dr. Spello (Phoenix Learning Resources, NY,NY). Right to Read - Maryland is one of her many professional organizations.
